This card has been made using ‘Art Deco London’ cd-rom by Debbi Moore Designs.
This is a nice easy card to make.
You will need:
Art Deco London Cd-Rom
7″ by 10″ White Card
A4 White Card
Paper Boutique Cutting Die ‘ Just Because’ Nested Die Set
Corner Punch
Pearl Beads
Foam Pads
Wet Glue
Instructions:
Choose two papers and topper from the disc and decoupage the topper if needed.
Cut one of the papers to measure 24.5 cms by 17 cms and using a corner punch, punch two of the corners, opposite sides then attach to the front of your 7″ by 10″ white card.
Using the paper boutique doily, cut the matt layer in white card and the doily in the other paper.
Matt and layer these together and attach to the front of your 7″ by 10″ white card.
Next using foam pads attach the topper to your card. Going just over the doily layer.
One of the papers that I choose, I was able to cut out the small design that was on it. I used this to decorate the doily around the topper and added pearl beads.

To finish off I added a sentiment to the front of the card.
