This handmade Christmas card has been created using a new paper collection called A Traditional Christmas and die collection called Festive Trimmings.

These new collections are from The Paper Boutique range from Creative Crafting World

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

7″ by 10″ White Card
The Paper Boutique Festive Trimmings – Magical Bauble Die Collection 
The Paper Boutique A Traditional Christmas – Insert Collection 
The Paper Boutique A Traditional Christmas – Paper Pad With Toppers
Chocolate Brown Card
Small Gold Gems
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Choose one square topper and two inserts with a candle and fir cones on.

Layer one:
Cut a piece of chocolate card measuring 17.3 cms by 25 cms.
Cut one of the inserts down to measure 16.8 cms by 24.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
From the second insert cut out the candle and fir cones.
Attach to the card base over lapping the same images using foam pads.

Layer three:
Cut a square from chocolate card measuring 8.5 cms by 8.5 cms.
Matt and layer this with the square topper using foam pads and attach to the top right of the card base.

Layer four:
Using the bauble dies, cut the matt layers out from chocolate card.
Cut the baubles out from the insert.
Matt and layer together.
Attach two rows of small gold gems coming from the top of the card base.
Then attach the baubles to the bottom of the gems as if they are hanging.
Decorate the baubles with small gold gems.

Layer five:
Using the sentiment, cut the matt layer out from chocolate card.
Cut the sentiment from white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.
