This handmade card has been created using the new Pollyanna Pickering dvd-rom called ‘African Safari II’ by Creative Crafting World.
First showing on Create and Craft on Sunday the 2nd of December.
Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.
You will need :
7″ by 10″ White Card
African Safari II dvd-rom
A4 White Card
A4 Cream Card
Woodstock Card ‘Brown’
Woodstock Card ‘ Dark Brown’
The Paper Boutique Four Seasons Collection ‘Little Things Mean Alot‘ Die Collection
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads
Instructions:
On the dvd-rom select the Leopard collection.
On page one print off the third image sheet.
Cut out one of the circle images.
Next go to page five and print off the first paper.
Cut the paper to measure 25 cms by 17.3 cms.
Trim each side of the paper to make sure the image is balanced on each side.
Attach to the card base.
Cut a piece from white card measuring 17.3 cms by 4 cms.
Using brown woodstock card cut a piece measuring 17.3 cms by 3.5 cms.
Next cut a piece from the paper measuring 17.3 cms by 3 cms.
Matt and layer the paper to the brown woodstock card.
Then matt and layer this to the white card using foam pads.
Attach to the card base leaving a large border on the top and a small border on the bottom.
Using the little things mean alot die collection cut the matt layer of the doily die out in brown woodstock card.
Cut the doily die out in cream card and dark brown woodstock card.
Save the leaves that fall out of the dark brown doily die cut and put the doily die to one side to use on another project.
Attach the cream doily die cut to the brown matt die cut.
Using foam pads paper piece the larger dark brown leaves on to the cream doily layer.
Attach the circle topper using foam pad to the centre of the cream doily layer.
Then attach this layer to the card base.
Using the sentiment from the little things mean alot die collection cut the matt layer out in brown woodstock card and the sentiment out in cream card.
Matt and layer together and using foam pads attach to the bottom matt and layer on the card base.
