Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at Aud Sentiments challenge blog #243 that starts today.
I have used a digi image from Fabrika Fantasy called Air Fairy.
Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

White Card
Brown Card
Silver Gems
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads
Print off the digi image and then choose one patterned paper and one embellishment sheet from the cd-rom.
Layer one:
Cut a piece of brown card measuring 17.3 cms by 25 cms.
Cut a piece of white card measuring 16.8 cms by 24.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the patterned paper measuring 16.3 cms by 24 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.
Layer two:
Cut a piece from white card measuring 3.5 cms by 25 cms.
Cut a piece from brown card measuring 3 cms by 25 cms.
From the embellishment sheet, cut the border image out and cut to measure 25 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach across the centre of the card base using foam pads.
Layer three:
Colour in the digi image, Air Fairy
Promarkers used:
Skin: Satin, almond.
Face: Dusky rose, sunkissed pink.
Wings: Soft peach, blush.
Hair: Cinnamon, tan, putty.
Dress: Pastel pink, soft peach, salmon pink.
Cut a piece of white card measuring 16 cms by 14 cms.
Cut a piece of brown card measuring 15.5 cms by 13.5 cms.
Matt and layer together.
Then cut the digi image to measure 15 cms by 13 cms.
Matt and layer using foam pads.
Attach to the card base at a slight angle.
Layer four:
Using the embellishment dies, cut out a butterfly from white and brown card.
Attach to the card base on the bottom right and add a couple of silver gems to the butterfly body.
Using a sentiment die, cut the matt die from brown card.
Then cut the sentiment from white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base on the top right using foam pads.
From the embellishment sheet cut out a rose image and attach to the bottom right corner of the digi image.
