Autumn Pals - Wishing You A Lovely Day

Today’s handmade card has been created using a paper collection called Autumn Pals from The Paper Tree range at Creative Crafting World.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

8″ By 8″ White Card
The Paper Tree Autumn Pals – Die Cut Collection
The Paper Tree Autumn Pals – Decorative Paper Collection
The Paper Tree Autumn Pals – Essential Coloured Card Collection
The Paper Boutique Perfect Posies – Aster Die Collection
Orange Card
Yellow Card
White Card
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

You will need four papers, one plain card, one patterned card and one square topper.

Layer one:
Cut a square from orange card measuring 20 cms by 20 cms.
Cut a square from the first paper measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from white card measuring 20 cms by 6 cms.
Cut a piece from orange card measuring 20 cms by 5.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the patterned card measuring 20 cms by 5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base on the left.

Layer three:
Cut a piece from white card measuring 9.5 cms by 14.5 cms.
Cut a piece from orange card measuring 9 cms by 14 cms.
Cut a piece from the second paper measuring 8.5 cms by 13.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base over lapping all layers.

Layer four:
Cut a piece from white card measuring 5 cms by 20 cms.
Cut a piece from orange card measuring 4.5 cms by 20 cms.
Cut a piece from the third paper measuring 4 cms by 20 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base over lapping all layers.

Layer five:
Cut a square from white card measuring 11 cms by 11 cms.
Cut a square from orange card measuring 10.5 cms by 10.5 cms.
Cut a square from the fourth paper measuring 10 cms by 10 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base over lapping all layers.

Layer six:
Cut a square from white card measuring 9.5 cms by 9.5 cms.
Cut a square from orange card measuring 9 cms by 9 cms.
Matt and layer together along with the square topper.
Attach to the card base slightly over lapping layers three, four and five.

Layer seven:
Using the flower die, cut the matt die from the plain coloured card.
Then cut the first flower die from white card.
Second flower die from orange card and the third from yellow card.
Cut the centre die from black card.
Matt and layer together to form a flower.
Cut the flourish die from plain coloured card.
Attach the flourish die to the bottom right corner of the topper and layer five along with the flower.

Layer eight:
Using the third flower die, cut one from orange card and one from yellow card.
Cut the centre die from black card.
Matt and layer together to form a flower.
Cut the flourish die from plain coloured card.
Attach the flourish die to the top left corner of the topper and layer three along with the flower.
