Today’s handmade card has been created for the challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #579.

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option of A Girly Card.

You must use alcohol markers on your work to join in the fun, any brand is excepted.

For my card I have used one of their digital images called Avery With Heart Box.

You Will Need:
7″ x 7″ White Card Base
White Card
Black Card
Patterned Papers
Paper Nest Dolls Digi’s – Avery With Heart Box
Promarker Pens
The Crafty Witches – Essential Sentiments Vol II
Heart Dies
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print and Prepare the Digital Image:
Print the Avery With Heart Box digital image on white card.
Select three patterned papers.

Create Layer One:
Cut black card to 16.5 cm x 16.5 cm.
Cut the first patterned paper to 16 cm x 16 cm.
Layer the patterned paper onto the black card and adhere it to the front of the card base.

Create Layer Two:
Cut black card to 16.5 cm x 6 cm.
Cut the second patterned paper to 16.5 cm x 5.5 cm.
Attach to the card base on the left using foam pads for added dimension.

Colour the Digital Image:
Use Promarker pens to colour the Avery With Heart Box digital image.
Here are the colours I used:

Skin / Hair : Blush, satin, terracotta, saddle brown, coral.
Clothes : Mustard, sunflower, lemon, tulip yellow, buttercup, soft lime, antique pink, baby pink, rose pink, pink carnation, carmine, magenta.
Cushion : Carmine, magenta, salmon pink, cocktail pink.

Cut around the image, leaving a small white border.
Attach to the card design using foam pads.

Create Layer Four:
Using the third patterned paper, cut four different size hearts.
Attach to the card base on the right, using foam pads for the middle two heart.
Then attach a sentiment just above the hearts.

Final Touches:
To finish, add an insert to the inside of the card base for a personal message.
