Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #438

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option of Animals.

You must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work.

I have used one of their digital images called Beach Flamingo Sand 2.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

8″ By 8″ White Card
Bugaboo Stamps Digital Stamp Called Beach Flamingo Sand 2
Promarkers
The Paper Pantry USB Volume II – Summer Shores
Pink Card
Corner Punch
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print off the Beach Flamingo Sand digital image three times on to white card.
From the USB choose and print one decorative paper at full size and then again at 50% and one sentiment.

Layer one:
Cut a square from pink card measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Cut a square from the decorative paper measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from pink card measuring 15 cms by 11 cms.
Cut the second 50% decortive paper to measure 14.5 cms by 10.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base on the right.

Layer three:
Colour in the Beach Flamingo Sand digital images, I used promarkers.

Image 1:
Bucket & Spade: Ginger, peach, soft peach, amber, sunflower.
Image 2:
Sand: Praline, tan, buttercup.
Image 3:
Flamingo: Hot Pink, antique pink, salmon pink. cool grey 3, 5.
Sun Glasses: Marine, mint green, pear green, lime zest.

Cut around image 1, leaving a small border.
From image 2 cut out the sand and decoupage to image 1 using foam pads.
From image 3, cut out the flamingo body parts and decoupage to image 1 using foam pads.
Then attach to the card base on layer two.

Layer four:
Using the decorative paper, cut out the bottom flowers.
Attach to the bottom of the card base using foam pads, slightly over lapping layer three.

Layer five:
Cut a piece from pink card measuring 4 cms by 6.5 cms.
Using the corner punch shape the corners of the pink card ans sentiment.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.
