Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at Aud Sentiments challenge blog #266.

The theme for this challenge is Winter / Anything Goes + a sentiment.

I have used a digital stamp from Digi Doodle Studios called Bianca Snow.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

8″ By 8″ White Card
Digi Doodle Studios Digital Image Called Bianca Snow
The Big One Backgrounds Cd-Rom
The Paper Boutique A Sprinkle Of Winter – Season’s Greeting Doily Die Collection
The Paper Boutique A Whisper Of Winter – Sentiment Die Collection
White Card
Silver Mirri Card
Blue Card
Silver Gems
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Choose one winter paper from the cd-rom.

Layer one:
Cut a square from silver mirri card measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Cut a square from the winter paper measuring 18.5 cms by 18.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Using the doily die set, cut the matt die from silver mirri card.
Next print out the digital image and then cut the image out using the decorative doily die.
Colour the digital image in, I used Chameleon pens:
Skin: NU1, NU2, PK2
Coat: BL4, BL2
Mittens/Earmuffs: PK4
Boots: BL6
Sleigh: BR2, BR5, CG5, NG4
Hair: BR1

Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.
Then using the snowflake dies, cut three out from blue card.
Attach to the doily die cut adding silver gems to the centres.

Layer three:
Using a sentiment die set, cut the matt die from silver mirri card.
Cut the sentiment from white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the bottom left of the card base.
