Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #439

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option of Get Well..

You must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Heather Valentin Colour Of Love.

I have used one of their digital images called Bowbo And Sparky A Walk In The Rain.

Handmade card using a digital image from called Bowbo And Sparky

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

8″ By 8″ White Card
Heather Valentin Colour Of Love Digital Stamp Called Bowbo And Sparky A Walk In The Rain
Promarkers
DandelioneryWeather Digital Paper
Black Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Printed off the digital image Bowbo And Sparky A Walk In The Rain and then choose and print off two of the same papers.

Layer one:
Cut a square from black card measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Cut a square from the paper measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Colour in the digital image, I used promarkers.

Sky / Grass: Cadet blue, cloud blue, powder blue, holly, lush green, leaf green
Face / Skin: Peach, apricot, red, blush
Hair: Plum, purple
Clothes: Burgundy, cardinal red, crimson, red, aubergine, orchid, amethyst, cool grey 4
Umbrellas: Mango, bright orange, orange, spice
Basket: Cocoa, raw sienna, true blue, cobalt blue
Rabbit: Praline, burnt orange, ice grey 1, ice grey 5, antique pink, red

Then cut around the black frame and attach to the card base.

Layer three:
From the second paper, cut a few of the images out and decoupage on to the card base using foam pads.

Layer four:
Using a word program, make a sentiment. I used ‘Sorry You’re Feeling Under The Weather’, ‘Get Well Soon’
Cut the sentiment out and attach to the card base using foam pads.
