Today’s handmade card has been created for the challenge at SheepSki Designs Challenge #88.
For my Design Team card I have used one of SheepSki Designs digital images called Bumble Bee Blossom.
The theme for the challenge is Anything Goes.
Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.
You will need :
7″ By 7″ White Card
SheepSki Designs Digital Stamp Called Bumble Bee Blossom
Promarker Pens
The Crafty Witches Digital Download Collection Oh Honey Bee
White Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads
Instructions:
Print the digital image Bumble Bee Blossom twice on to white card.
Choose and print two patterned papers, one plain paper and one sentiment sheet.
Layer one:
Cut a square from the plain paper measuring 16.5 cms by 16.5 cms.
Cut a square from the first patterned paper measuring 16 cms by 16 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.
Layer two:
Colour in the digital image Bumble Bee Blossom, I used promarker pens.
On the first image colour in the bee, then on the second image colour in the flowers.
Bee: Black, cool grey 4, cool grey 5, gold, sunflower, soft green, tea green.
Flowers: Amber, pumpkin, orange, burnt orange, olive green, pear green.
Cut around the bee and attach to the second image using foam pads.
Cut a square from plain paper measuring 11.5 cms by 11.5 cms.
Then cut the image to measure 11 cms by 11 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.
Layer three:
Using the second paper, cut a few different shapes out and attach to the card base using foam pads.
Then cut a white matt out for the sentiment.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.
To finish add an insert to the inside of the card base
