Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at Aud Sentiments challenge blog #261 .

The theme for this challenge is Fall/Halloween + A Sentiment.

I have used a digi image from Digi Doodles Studios called Callie’s Pumpkin Patch

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

8″ By 8″ White Card
Digi Doodles Studios Digi Image Called Callie’s Pumpkin Patch
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – Paper Kit
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – 5″ By 5″ Scene And Sentiment Pad
Chameleon Pens
Circle Dies
White card
Brown Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print off the digi image Callie’s Pumpkin Patch.
Choose one decorative paper and one circle topper from the paper kit.
Then choose one paper from the scene and sentiment pad.

Layer one:
Cut a square from brown card measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Cut a square from the decorative paper measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Using the paper from the scene and sentiment pad, cut around the image free hand.
Attach to brown card and cut around the paper again leaving a small border.
Attach to the card base on the top left corner.

Layer three:
Using different size circle dies, cut one circle out from white card and one from brown card.
Matt and layer with the circle topper and attach to the centre of layer two.

Layer four:
Colour in the digi image Callie’s Pumpkin Patch.
I have used chameleon pens.

Pumpkin: OR4, OL3, OR3
Leaves: OL3, BR5
Flowers: GR2, BR2, YL2, YO2
Cat: CG9, CG5, NG4, PK2

Cut around the digi leaving a small white border.
Attach to the card base using foam pads slightly over lapping layer two.
To finish cut out a couple of leaves from the decorative paper and attach to the card base using foam pads.
