Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #512.

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option of Emboss Your Background.

You must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work.

For my card I have used one of their digital images called Carina – Image No 115.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

7″ x 7″ White Card Base
SheepSki Designs Digital Stamp Called Carina – Image No 115
Promarkers
The Paper Boutique Lovely Lattice – Sentiments Volume XV
The Paper Boutique Essential Nesting Dies Volume VII
Crafter’s Companion Embossing Folder – Wood Panel
White Card
Gold Card
Brown Card
Gold Glitter Glue
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print the digital image Carina – Image No 115 on to white card.

Layer one:
Cut a square from gold card measuring 16.5 cms by 16.5 cms.
Cut a square from white card measuring 16 cms by 16 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from gold card measuring 16.5 cms by 13 cms.
Cut a piece from brown card measuring 16.5 cms by 12.5 cms.
Emboss the brown card using the wood panel embossing folder.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.

Layer three:
Cut out Carina – Image No 115 digital image using the 12.7 cms by 12.7 cms nesting die.
Then colour in the digital image, I used Promarkers.

Fairy: Satin, dusky pink, pumpkin, tulip, plum, purple.
Fawn: Tan, terracotta, burnt sienna, cinnamon, cool grey 5, cocktail pink, dusky pink.
Grass: Olive green, moss, pesto, lime zest.

Next cut the 13.7 cms by 13.7 cms nesting die from gold card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer four:
Using a sentiment die, cut the matt die from gold card.
Cut the sentiment from white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base, using foam pads.
