Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at Aud Sentiments challenge blog #262 .

The theme for this challenge is Halloween/Fall + A Sentiment.

I have used a digi image from Oddball Art Co called Creepy Cute Skull

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

8″ By 8″ White Card
Oddball Art Co Digi Image Creepy Cute Skull
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – 7″ By 7″ Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – Insert Collection
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – Coloured Card Collection
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – Love The Bones Of You Doily Die Collection
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – Embellishment Die Collection
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – Sentiment Die Collection
Chameleon Pens
Black Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print off the digi image creepy cute skull.
Choose two of the same decorative paper from the paper pad and two coloured cards.

Layer one:
Cut a square from black card measuring 20 cms by 20 cms.
Cut a square from the first coloured card measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a square from black card measuring 18.5 cms by 18.5 cms.
Matt and layer with one of the 7″ by 7″ papers and attach to the card base.

Layer three:
Colour in the digi image creepy cute skull.
I have used chameleon pens, NG4, CG8, GR2
Then cut around the skull and attach to the centre of the card base, using foam pads.

Layer four:
Using the second paper, cut out a few of the images and attach them to the card base images using foam pads.

Layer five:
Cut the skull doily die from white card.
Then cut a few skulls from the doily die and attach to the card base.

Layer six:
Using the cat die from the embellishment die set, cut two from coloured card.
Attach to the card base, coming out from behind images.

Layer seven:
Using a sentiment die, cut the matt die from the first coloured card.
Cut the sentiment from black card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.
To finish add an insert to the centre of the card base.
