Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #509.
The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option of Use Only Squares.

You must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Dr. Digi’s House Of Stamps.

For my card I have used one of their digital images called Feet Up And A Cuppa.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

7″ x7″ White Card Base
Dr. Digi’s House Of Stamps Digital Stamp Called Feet Up And A Cuppa
Promarkers
The Paper Boutique Perfect Partners – Powder Blue Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Perfect Partners – Fresh Green
The Paper Boutique Essential Nesting Dies – Volume II
The Paper Boutique Filigree Fancy – Sentiments Volume XX
White Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Choose one plain paper and five patterned papers.

Layer one:
Cut a square from the first patterned paper measuring 16.5 cms by 16.5 cms.
Attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Using one of the square dies, cut two squares from white card.
Using a slightly smaller square die, cut two squares from the second and third patterned paper.
Matt and layer together, making two squares and attach diagonally to the card base using foam pads.

Layer three:
Colour in the digital image Feet Up And A Cuppa. I used Promarkers.

Skin / Hair: Dusky pink, satin, almond, ice grey 3, 2, 1
Clothes / Slippers: Pesto, herb green, pear green, raw sienna, praline, cinnamon, pastel pink, baby pink, pale blossom, mandarin, mango, cool grey 4, 2
Chair / Stool: Denim blue, powder blue, pastel blue, cocoa, spice, sky blue
Cup: Berry red, chestnut, tan, slate

Using a large square die, cut a square from plain paper.
Using a slightly smaller square die, cut the digi image out.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base, over lapping layer two.

Layer four:
Using a small square die, cut two squares from white card.
Using a slightly smaller square die, cut two squares from the fourth and fifth patterned paper.
Matt and layer together, making two squares and attach to the card base using foam pads.

Layer Five:
Using a sentiment die cut the matt die from plain paper.
Cut the sentiment from white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.
