Today’s handmade card has been created for the challenge at Last Minute Manda Challenge Blog.

This challenge blog is a colouring challenge with an Anything Goes theme.

For my card I have used one of their digital images from Flower Fairy Set 3 collection.

You Will Need:
7″ x 7″ White Card Base
White Card
Last Minute Manda Digital Stamp – Flower Fairy Set 3
Promarker Pens
The Paper Boutique – Nature’s Gift
Circle Dies
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print and Prepare the Digital Image:
Print one of the Flower Fairy digital images onto white card.
Choose one plain paper, one patterned paper, and one circle sentiment to use for your design.

Create Layer One:
Cut the plain paper to 16.5 cm x 16.5 cm.
Adhere to the front of the card base.

Create Layer Two:
Cut the patterned paper to 16 cm x 16 cm.
Using a craft knife, cut a shape from the centre of the paper.
Attach to the card base using foam pads to add depth.
Next cut out a few flowers from the same image and stick them on top using foam pads to give extra dimension.

Colour the Digital Image:
Use Promarker pens to colour the Flower Fairy digital image.
Here are the colours I used:

Skin / Hair: Burnt orange, burnt sienna, burnt umber, soft peach, putty, oatmeal.
Clothes: Ruby, crimson.
Wings: Cadet blue, denim blue.
Flower Band: Hot pink, yellow.

Cut around the image, leaving a small white border.
Attach to the card design.

Create Layer Three:
Using circle dies cut out a sentiment and a matt layer using the plain paper.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Final Touches:
To finish, add an insert to the inside of the card base for a personal message.
