Today’s card has been made using ‘Pollyanna Pickering’s World Wildlife’ dvd-rom by Creative Crafting World.

CD Sunday have a challenge on at the moment, G is for….

So I chose the Giant Panda image and papers for this card design.

Anyone can join in with this challenge, all you have to do is to include something off a cd on your card design.

To make this card you will need :

8″ by 8″ White Scallop Card
‘Pollyanna Pickering’s World Wildlife’ Dvd-Rom
A4 White Card
A4 Printable Paper 120gsm
A4 Black Card
Green Card
Leaf Die
Black Gems
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

From the dvd-rom click on the Giant Panda image on page four of the dvd-rom. Print off the stripper decoupage topper sheet, three backing papers (paper one, four and fourteen have been used)

Cut all elements from the stripper decoupage topper sheet and attach together using foam pads.

Then cut a square from black card measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms, a square from paper one measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Matt and layer these together and attach to the card base.

Next using black card cut a piece measuring 16 cms by 14.5 cms then a piece measuring 15.5 cms by 14 cms from paper four.
Matt and layer these together and attach to the card base. Leaving a 3 cms border on the left hand side, a 1.5 cms border on the right hand side and an equal border on the top and bottom.

Using white card cut a piece measuring 19.5 cms by 5.5 cms, a piece from back card measuring 19.5 cms by 5 cms and piece from paper fourteen measuring 19.5 cms by 4.5 cms.
Matt and layer these together and attach to the card base on the left hand side, overlapping the edge of the last layer.

Using the leaf die cut two leaf dies cuts out of green card and attach to the last layer at the top and bottom.

Next attach the topper, slightly over lapping the last layer and add a couple of black gems.

To finish off print off an insert on to the 120gsm card and attach to the inside of the card.

A lovely card. I like the layout and the die cut leaves that look just like the bamboo the panda is eating.
