Today’s handmade card has been created for the challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #567.

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option Gnomes.

You must use alcohol markers on your work to join in the fun, any brand is excepted.

For my card I have used one of their digital images from a set called Gnome Friends In The Garden.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

7″ By 7″ White Card Base
Last Minute Manda Digital Image – Gnome Friends In The Garden
Promarker Pens
The Paper Boutique – Sunflower Song Paper Collection.
White Card
Black Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print one of the digital images from Gnome Friends In The Garden on to white card.
Choose three papers and one square topper from the paper collection.

Layer one:
Cut a square from black card measuring 16.5 cms by 16.5 cms.
Cut a square from the first paper measuring 16 cms by 16 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from black card measuring 16.5 cms by 5 cms.
Cut a piece from the second paper measuring 16.5 cms by 4.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base on the right using foam pads.

Layer three:
From the third paper, cut out a flower board strip.
Attach to the card base on the left.

Layer four:
Cut a square from black card measuring 8.5 cms by 8.5 cms.
Matt and layer with the square topper.
Attach to the top of layer two.

Layer five:
Colour in the digital image from Gnome Friends In The Garden, I used promarker pens.

Clothes / Shoes: pear green, herb green, olive green, cool grey 3, 4, 5, black.
Beard / Skin: Ice grey 1, 3, 4, soft peach, peach.
Flowers: Amber, sunflower, yellow, bright green, forest green, caramel, cocoa.
Seed Packet: Terracotta, chestnut, amber, sunflower, yellow, bright green, forest green.

Cut around the image leaving a small white border.
Then attach to the card base using foam pads.

To finish add an insert to the inside of the card base
