Today’s card has been made using ‘Dimensional Garden Crafting’ Cd Rom by Debbi Moore.

This cd came with Debbi Moores ‘Bringing Inspiration To You’ magazine, issue 36.

The image on the cd is to make a scene card but I have selected some of the images and made a Z fold card instead.

I have added a Tattered lace die to my design called ‘Still Waiting’. I thought that this die was perfect for my garden card.

A little dog waiting for a walk, sat patiently in the garden, near their owners boots and holding his/her lead.

You will need:

7″ by 10″ White Card
A4 White Card
Dimensional Garden Crafting Cd Rom
Tattered Lace Die ‘Still Waiting’
Chameleon Pens (or any other)
Small Butterfly Die
Wet Glue

Instructions:

Print off the garden image from the cd and cut out all the elements that you would like to use. Then print off one blue paper and one green paper.

Next score the white card base front at 3.5 inches and then cut 2 inches off the bottom of the card base.
Keep this piece as it is part of the card design.

Fold the card base where it has been scored. This forms the Z fold shape for this card design.

From the blue paper cut out a piece that measures 17 cms by 19.5 cms and layer a piece of white card on this measuring 16 cms by 18.5 cms.
Next attach your image and any elements that go on this image.
Using wet glue attach this to the inside of the card base.

Then from the blue paper cut out a piece that measures 8 cms by 19.5 cms and then layer this with white card measuring 7 cms by 18.5 cms.
Using wet glue attach this to the front fold of the card base.

Next from the green card cut a piece measuring 4.5 cms by 17 cms and layer this with white card measuring 4 cms by 16.5 cms.
Then from the green card cut two pieces measuring 4.5 cms by 8 cms and layer both of these with white card measuring 4 cms by 7.5 cms.
Attach these with wet glue to the piece of card that was cut off the card base.
Add a border to these, that comes with this garden image.
This is then attached to the card base. Please see picture for reference.

Cut out the Tattered Lace dog and boot die and colour this in.
I have used Chameleon pens but of course you can use any other coloured pens or pencils.
The Chameleon pens that I used were BL6, BR5, RD4, BK4,CG8.

Using wet glue attach this to the card base.

To finish off this design I have cut out flowers and leaves that came on the image papers and attached these to the front fold.

Adding small butterflies to the inside and front fold along with a sentiment
