This handmade card has been created using a new paper collection called ‘Happy Days’.
This paper collection is from The Paper Boutique range from Creative Crafting World.
This will be showing on Create and Craft on the 25th of April.
Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.
8″ by 8″ White Card
The Paper Boutique Happy Days Paper Kit
The Paper Boutique Happy Days Coloured Card Collection
The Paper Boutique Springtime Blooms – Little Words Of Love Die Collection
The Paper Boutique Lovely Lattice – Posy Embellishment Die Collection
Black Pearl Beads
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Cut a square from black card measuring 20 cms by 20 cms.
Using a coloured card from the coloured card collection cut a square measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.
Cut a piece from black card measuring 17 cms by 9 cms.
Choose a paper from the paper kit and cut a piece measuring 16.5 cms by 8.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the right side of the card base.
Cut a piece from black card measuring 14 cms by 11 cms.
Choose a paper from the paper kit and cut a piece measuring 13.5 cms by 10.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the left side of the card base slightly over lapping the last layer.
Using the dies from Little Words Of Love Die Collection, cut the matt layer out in black card.
Cut the doily die out in white card.
Then cut the centre circle die out one of the coloured cards.
Matt and layer each die cut together along with a circle topper using foam pads.
Attach to the centre of the card base over lapping all layers.
Cut the sentiment matt layer out in black card.
Cut the sentiment out in white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.
Next make a flower using the Posy Embellishment die collection.
Cut two leaves out in coloured card and attach to the doily die cut layer.
Cut the flower matt layer out in black card.
Cut the flower out in coloured card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the leaves.
To finish add a black pearl bead to the centre of the flower.
Then some to the doily die cut.
