Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at Aud Sentiments challenge blog #280.
The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes + A Sentiment.
You can make any type of project such as a card, tag, scrapbook layout, pocket letter, box etc.

Red Card
White Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads
Layer one:
Cut a piece from red card measuring 20.5 cms by 9.5 cms.
Cut a piece from white card measuring 20 cms by 9 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.
Layer two:
Using a heart die, cut two from red card.
Attach to the card base using foam pads.
Layer three:
Colour in the digital image Kawaii Valentine Giraffe. I used promarker pens.
Giraffe Body: Burnt orange, spice, raw sienna, praline, khaki
Giraffe Hoofs / Hair: Cool grey 4, 3, ice grey 5, 3
Hearts: Firebrick, berry red
Cut around Kawaii Valentine Giraffe digital image, leaving a small white border.
Attach to the card base using foam pads, slightly over lapping a red heart.
Layer four:
Using a sentiment die, cut the matt die from white card.
Cut the sentiment from red card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.
Layer five:
Cut a piece from red card measuring 20.5 cms by 9.5 cms.
Cut a piece from white card measuring 20 cms by 9 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the inside of the card base.
