This handmade card has been created using a new paper collection called Ocean Breeze and dies from the Lovely Lattice collection.

The Ocean Breeze paper collection is a new range from The Paper Boutique from Creative Crafting World

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

A5 White Cards 
The The Paper Boutique Ocean Breeze – Embellishment Pad
The Paper Boutique Ocean Breeze – Coloured Card Collection 
The Paper Boutique Ocean Breeze – Insert Collection   
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Choose two of the same insert with a seagull and flowers on the right, one coloured card and one border strip and sentiment from the embellishment pad.

Cut a piece out of the coloured card measuring 20.5 cms by 14.5 cms.
Cut one of the inserts to measure 20 cms by 14 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Next cut out the seagull and flowers from the second insert.
Attach these to the card base using foam pads, over the same image.

Cut a piece out of coloured card measuring 20.5 cms by 3 cms.
Matt and layer this with the border strip and attach to the left side of the card base.

Cut a piece out of coloured card measuring 4 cms by 7 cms.
Matt and layer with the sentiment using foam pads.
Attach to the card base over lapping the border.
