Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at I Love Promarkers Blog Challenge #413 that starts today.

I have used a digi image from Digi Doodles Studios called Party Pups

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option of Embellishments, but you must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

7″ x 10″ White Card
Digi Doodles Studios Digi Image Party Pups
Promarkers
The Paper Boutique Perfect Partners – Fresh Green Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Filigree Fancy – Sentiments Volume XX
The Paper Boutique Male Relations Die Collection
The Paper Boutique It’s A Dogs Life – Walkies Time Beyond Border Die Collection
Balloon Die
Green Card
White Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Choose one patterned paper from the paper pad.

Layer one:
Cut a piece from green card measuring 17 cms by 24.5 cms.
Cut a piece from white card measuring 16.5 cms by 24 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from green card measuring 17 cms by 16 cms.
Cut a piece from the paper measuring 17 cms by 15.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base on the left.

Layer three:
Colour in the digi image Party Pups using promarkers.

Large Dog: Burnt sienna, caramel, praline, sandstone, black, cool grey 5, baby pink, pale blossom, warm grey 2, cardinal red, lipstick red.
Large Dog Hat: Lush green, meadow green.
Small Dog: Cool grey 4, cool grey 3, cool grey 2, black, baby pink, pale blossom.
Small Dog Hat: Cobalt blue, azure.
Small Dog: Warm grey 3, warm grey 2, warm grey 1, black, baby pink, pale blossom.
Small Dog Hat: Mango, orange.
Present: Apple, meadow green, lush green, emerald, yellow, lemon.
Confetti: Marine, lemon, verdigris, salmon pink.
Balloons: Yellow, lemon, verdigris, cadet blue, salmon pink, cocktail pink, khaki, pastel beige.

Cut the digi topper to measure 13.5 cms by 9.5 cms.
Cut a piece from green card measuring 14 cms by 10 cms.
Matt and layer together using foam pads and attach to layer two at a slight angle.

Layer four:
Using the Happy Birthday sentiment, cut the matt die from green card.
Cut the sentiment from white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the top right of layer one using foam pads.

Layer five:
Using a balloon die, cut four from white card.
Colour each in using promarkers that match the digi topper.
Once coloured, attach one balloon to layer two.
Then attach three balloons to layer one on the right.

Layer six:
Using a relation die, cut the matt die from green card.
Cut the sentiment from white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to later one over lapping the balloon strings.

Layer seven:
Using the dog paw die from It’s A Dogs Life set, cut five from white card.
Colour each in with promarkers to match the digi topper.
Attach each paw to the card base.
