This handmade card has been created using a paper collection called Perfect Partners from Creative Crafting World.
Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.
You will need :
A5 White Card
The Paper Boutique Perfect Partner – Navy Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Perfect Partner – Black Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Perfect Partner – Kraft Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Perfect Partner – Grey Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Flower Garden – I Love You Doily Die Collection
White Card
Black Card
Black Ribbon
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads
Instructions:
Choose one paper from the black pad, one paper from the grey pad, one paper from the navy pad and one patterned paper from the kraft pad.
Layer one:
Cut a piece from black card measuring 20.5 cms by 14.5 cms.
Cut a piece from white card measuring 20 cms by 14 cms
Cut a piece from the black paper measuring 19.5 cms by 13.5 cms
Matt and layer together..
Layer two:
Cut a piece from black card measuring 16 cms by 11 cms.
Cut a piece from white card measuring 15.5 cms by 10.5 cms
Cut a piece from the grey paper measuring 15 cms by 10 cms
Matt and layer together and attach to layer one.
Layer three:
Cut a piece from black card measuring 14 cms by 10 cms.
Cut a piece from white card measuring 13.5 cms by 9.5 cms
Cut a piece from the navy paper measuring 13 cms by 9 cms
Matt and layer together and attach to layer two at a slight angle.
Layer four:
Cut a piece from black card measuring 13 cms by 8 cms.
Cut a piece from white card measuring 12.5 cms by 7.5 cms
Cut a piece from the kraft paper measuring 12 cms by 7 cms
Matt and layer together and attach to layer three at a slight angle.
Layer five:
Attach a piece of black ribbon across the bottom of all layers.
Then attach all layers to the card base.
Layer six:
Using one of the circle dies from the doily die set, cut a circle from black card.
Attach to the card base using foam pads, over lapping all layers and the black ribbon.
Using the sentiment die, cut the matt die from white card.
Cut the sentiment from black card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the black circle.
