This handmade card has been created using a paper collection called Perfect Partners from Creative Crafting World.
Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.
You will need :
5″ By 7″ White Card
The Paper Boutique Perfect Partner – Black Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Perfect Partner – Grey Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Perfect Partner – Kraft Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Beyond Alphabet Collection
Silver Gems
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads
Instructions:
Choose one plain paper and three patterned papers from the grey paper pad, one one plain paper and one patterned paper from the black paper pad and one plain paper from the kraft paper pad.
Layer one:
Cut a piece from the plain grey paper measuring 17.5 cms by 12.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the first grey paper measuring 17 cms by 12 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.
Layer two:
Cut a piece from the plain black paper measuring 6 cms by 12.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the black paper measuring 5.5 cms by 12.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.
Layer three:
Cut a piece from the plain grey paper measuring 3 cms by 10 cms.
Cut a piece from the second grey paper measuring 2.5 cms by 9.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to layer two.
Layer four:
Cut a piece from the plain grey paper measuring 11 cms by 6 cms.
Cut a piece from the third grey paper measuring 10.5 cms by 5.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads, slightly over lapping all layers.
Layer five:
Using the small butterfly and dragonfly from the alphabet set, cut both from the plain kraft card.
Attach to layer four adding small silver gems to the centers.
To finish add three silver gems to layer one.
