Today’s handmade card has been created using a Pollyanna Pickering paper collection called The Next Generation.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

8″ By 8″ White Card Base
Pollyanna Pickering – The Next Generation Paper Collection
The Paper Boutique Perfect Posies – Star flower Die Collection
The Paper Boutique Perfect Posies – Daisy Flower Die Collection
Black Card
Circle Die
Black Pearl Beads
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Choose two patterned papers, one plain paper, one circle topper, one sentiment and one insert.

Layer one:
Cut a piece of black card measuring 19.5 cms by 12 cms.
Cut a piece from the first paper measuring 19 cms by 11.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base on the left.

Layer two:
Cut two pieces of black card measuring 19.5 cms by 4 cms.
Cut two pieces from the second paper measuring 19 cms by 3.5 cms.
Matt and layer together making two separate pieces.
Attach one strip to the card base on the right using foam pads.
Attach the second strip to the card base using foam pads, crossing over the first strip and the first layer.

Layer three:
Using the leaf die, cut four leaves from plain paper.
Using the flower dies, ,make three flowers in different sizes, using black card and the first patterned paper.
Attach the leaves and flowers to layer two, adding black pearl beads to the centre of the flowers.

Layer four:
Using a circle die, cut a circle from black card.
Matt and layer with the circle topper.
Attach to layer one using foam pads.

Layer five:
Cut a black matt layer for the sentiment.
Attach to the card base using foam pads.

Layer six:
Using double sided tape, attach the insert to the inside of the card base.
