Today’s handmade card has been created using a cd-rom called Winter Day’s from Creative Crafting World. 

This cd-rom is full of beautiful paintings by Pollyanna Pickering.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

7″ by 10″ White Card
Pollyanna Pickering Winter Days Cd-Rom
White Card
Black Card
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

From the cd-rom select the Barn Owl set, go to the second page and print off the eighth image sheet.
Cut out two toppers from the image sheet.
Go to the fourth page and print off the first and second paper.
Next go to the sixth page and print off the third sentiment sheet.

Layer one:
Cut a piece from black card measuring 17 cms by 24.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the second paper measuring 16.5 cms by 24 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut piece from white card measuring 7 cms by 24.5 cms.
Cut piece from black card measuring 6.5 cms by 24.5 cms.
Cut piece from the first paper measuring 6 cms by 24.5 cms.
Matt and layer and attach across the centre of the card base.

Layer three:
Cut piece from white card measuring 9.5 cms by 13 cms.
Cut piece from black card measuring 9 cms by 12.5 cms.
Matt and layer with one of the toppers from the image sheet.

Layer four:
Cut a piece from black card measuring 9 cms by 5.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the second topper measuring 5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to layer four, on top of the same part of the image using foam pads.

Layer five:
Cut piece from white card measuring 2.5 cms by 8.5 cms.
Cut piece from black card measuring 2 cms by 8 cms.
Matt and layer together along with the sentiment.
Attach to layer two on the left using foam pads.
