Rusty And Ruffles – Sending Love This Christmas

0 14 Comments

Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at I Love Promarkers Blog Challenge #425 that starts today.

I have used a digi image from Digi Doodles Studios called Rusty And Ruffles.

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option of Christmas.

You must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

Print off the digi image and cut to measure 9.5 cms by 13 cms.
From the cd-rom choose three Christmas backing papers.

Layer one:

Layer two:

Then cut a piece from silver mirri card measuring 10 cms by 13.5 cms.
Cut each corner of the silver mirri card and digi image using the corner punch.
Matt and layer together.
Attach to the card base using foam pads, slightly over lapping layer two.

Layer five:
Using a sentiment die, cut the matt die from silver mirri card.
Cut the sentiment die from white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.
To finish cut a few snowflakes out using the snowflake punch and attach them to the card base.
Add red pearls to the centre of the snowflakes.
