This card has been made using Snow and Ice Volume II dvd-rom from Creative Crafting World with beautiful images by Pollyanna Pickering.

Materials used:

8″ by 8″ white scallop card
Snow & Ice Volume II dvd-rom
White card
Silver mirri card
2 different sized flower die
Flourish ( I used one of Debbi Moore Floral Flourishes)
Snowflake die ( I used x-cut Palm Punch)
Large and Small pearls
White ribbon
Foam pads
Glue
Double sided tape

Instructions:

The first matt and layer is made up from silver mirri card (measuring approx 19cms by 19cms) and a background paper (measuring approx 18.5cms by 18.5cms) from the dvd. Once layered you then add the ribbon to the layers. I have used double sided tape to attach the ribbon (see image for placement), this is then attached with glue to the white scallop card.

Next measure and cut the silver mirri card (approx 13.5cms by 13.5cms) and the white card (approx 12.5cms by 12.5cms) matt and layer these together using the foam pads. Then added your topper to this again using foam pads. This gives your card dimension

Use glue to attach the topper and sentiment to your card as per picture.

Next cut out one of each of the flower dies from the silver mirri card. Then cut out 1 of the smaller flower die and 2 flourishes from the background paper.

Matt and layer the flowers using glue attach these to your card along with the flourishes (see picture).

Using the snowflake punch cut out 6 of these from white card adding these with glue to your topper.

Then for the final touch add the large pearl to the flower and the smaller ones to the snowflakes.

For the inside of the card you do get inserts on the dvd-rom or you could repeat the first matt and layer and instead of adding the topper or ribbon you can add a square piece of white card (approx 12cms by 12cms) and this will give enough room for a message.
