Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #515

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option of Summery Colours.

You must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Ching-Chou Kuik.

For my card I have used one of their digital images called So Long Yesterday.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

8″ x 8″ White Card Base
Ching-Chou Kuik Digital Stamp Called So Long Yesterday
Promarkers
The Paper Boutique Endless Love – Paper Kit
The Paper Boutique Endless Love – Embellishment Pad
The Paper Boutique Endless Love – Coloured Card
The Paper Boutique Endless Love – Insert Collection
White Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print the digital image So Long Yesterday on to white card.
Choose one coloured card, one backing paper, one sentiment, three small toppers.

Layer one:
Cut a square from coloured card measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Cut a square from backing paper measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Colour in the digital image So Long Yesterday, I used Promarkers.

Hair: Raw sienna, mustard, tulip, buttercup.
Skin/ Face: Ivory, satin, almond, blush, dusky pink, sunkissed pink, arctic blue, cool grey 4, ruby, blossom.
Dress: Dusky rose, salmon pink, pastel pink, pale blossom.
Flowers/Leaves: Fuchsia pink, cerise, antique pink, primrose, herb green, pesto.
Butterflies: Plum, aubergine, purple.

Cut a piece from coloured card measuring 16.5 cms by 14 cms.
Matt and layer with the digital image.
Attach to the card base using foam pads.

Layer three:
Cut a piece from coloured card measuring 4 cms by 7 cms.
Matt and layer with the sentiment and attach to the card base.

Layer four:
Cut three hearts from the smaller toppers.
Attach to the card base on the left using foam pads.

Layer five:
Add an insert to the inside of the card.
