Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at Aud Sentiments Challenge Blog #285

The theme for this challenge is Fall/Halloween + A Sentiment.

You can make any type of project such as a card, tag, scrapbook layout, pocket letter, box etc.
The theme must be follow and a sentiment included.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

7″ By 7″ White Card
The Paper Shelter Digi Image Spoooky
Promarker Pens
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – Sentiment Die Collection
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – Embellishment Die Collection
PrintableNicole (Esty) – 24 Pack Of Halloween Papers
White Card
Black Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Fold the front of the card base in half to make a z fold card shape.

Choose two Halloween papers and one sentiment die set.

Layer one:
Cut a square from black card measuring 16.5 cms by 16.5 cms.
Cut a square from white card measuring 16 cms by 16 cms.
Cut a square from the first paper measuring 15.5 cms by 15.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the inside of the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from black card measuring 16.5 cms by 8 cms.
Cut a piece from white card measuring 16 cms by 7.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the second paper measuring 15.5 cms by 7 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the front half of the card base.

Layer three:
Cut a piece from black card measuring 10 cms by 7.5 cms.
Cut a piece from white card measuring 9.5 cms by 7 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the inside of the card base.
This is where you can write a message.

Layer four:
Colour in the digital image Spoooky. I used promarker pens.

Ghost: Ice grey 1, 3, peach, sky blue.
Shoes: True blue, azure, yellow.
Pumpkin: Pumpkin, apricot, yellow, black.
Balloon: Plum, purple, ice grey 1.

Cut a piece from black card measuring 10 cms by 8 cms.
Cut the digital image to measure 9.5 cms by 7.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the front half of the card base using foam pads.

Layer five:
Using a sentiment die set, cut the matt layer fromblack card.
Cut the sentiment from white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the right side of the digi image Spoooky.

Layer six:
Using the skull embellishment die, cut two from white card.
Attach one to the inside and one to the front half of the card base.
To finish cut out a couple of Halloween images from the papers and attach to the card base using foam pads.
