Today’s handmade card has been created using the wonderful new die and paper collection from Creative Crafting World called ‘Springtime Blooms’.
This is another die and paper collection from The Paper Boutique range.
Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.
You will need :
8″ by 8″ White Card
The Paper Boutique Springtime Blooms – 8″ x 8″ Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Springtime Blooms – Little Words Of Love Doily Die Collection
Woodstock Card – Peach
White Card
Small, Medium Pearl beads
Peach Ribbon
White Ribbon
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads
Instructions:
Using the peach woodstock card cut a square measuring 20 cms by 20 cms.
Choose a paper from the paper pad and cut a piece measuring 19.5 cms by 12 cms.
Next cut a piece of white card measuring 19.5 cms by 7.5 cms.
Attach the paper to the top of the peach woodstock card.
Attach the white card to the bottom of the peach woodstock card.
Then attach the ribbon covering the paper and white card join. Please see picture for reference.
Attach to the card base.
Next using the Little Words Of Love doily die, cut the matt later out in peach woodstock card.
Cut the doily die out in white card.
Matt and layer together.
Then cut the centre circle die out in peach woodstock card.
Using foam pads attach to the doily die cut.
Using the sentiment die, cut the matt layer out in peach woodstock card.
Cut the sentiment out in white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the centre of the doily die using foam pads.
Then attach to the card base overlapping the ribbon.
Add pearl beads to the flowers on the doily die cut.
Cut out four flowers from the 8″ by 8″ paper.
Attach to the bottom right of the card base.
To finish off the front of the card add a few pearl beads to the white card.
