My little niece likes to receive mail. I normally send her a postcard but this time she wanted a card with a fairy.

So this is my handmade card just for my niece using the Summer Fairies Dimensional cd-rom from Debbi Moore Designs

To make this card you will need :

7″ by 10″ Cream Card
Summer Fairies Dimensional Cd Rom
The Paper Boutique Sentiments Volume II Die Collection
Paper Smooches Jar Die
Small Heart Die
Yellow Card
Silver Mirri Card
Black Card
Cream Card
Yellow Ribbon
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print the sea shell dimensional fairy sheet and two papers from the cd-rom.

Cut out all the elements on the fairy sheet and decoupage the fairy on to the main image using foam pads.

Cut a piece from yellow card measuring 25 cms by 17.3 cms and a piece from one of the papers measuring 24.5 cms by 16.8 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Next cut a piece out of yellow card measuring 21 cms by 16.3 cms and a piece from the other paper measuring 20.5 cms by 15.8 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach a piece of yellow ribbon to the bottom using double sided tape.
Then attach this layer to the card base leaving a small border on the top and sides and a large border on the bottom of the base card.

Using foam pads attach the main fairy image topper to the card base over lapping the yellow ribbon.

Cut a jar from one of the papers using the paper smooches jar die, using black card for the lid.
Using foam pads attach to the fairy topper at the bottom right.

Cut a couple of heart from silver mirri card and add these to the fairy topper using foam pads as if they were floating out of the top of the jar.

Using the ‘just for you’ sentiment from the sentiments volume II die collection, cut the matt layer out in yellow card and the sentiment out in cream card.
Matt and layer together and using foam pads attach to the bottom left of the card base over lapping the fairy topper.

To finish off cut a piece of yellow card measuring 25 cms by 17.3 cms and a piece of cream card measuring 24.5 cms by 16.8 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the inside of the card base.
