Today’s handmade card has been created using a Paper Boutique USB collection from Creative Crafting World called The Paper Pantry volume V.

This USB has six different paper collections.
Childhood Tales, Harmony Blooms, Yesterday’s Garden, The Country Cottage, Autumn Pals and Secrets of the Forest
Along with extra decorative papers.

For this card design I have used Autumn Pals.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

5″ by 7″ Card Base
The Paper Boutique – The Paper Pantry USB Volume V
White Card
Kraft Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

You will need two backing papers, one topper sheet and one sentiment sheet.
Print the topper and sentiment sheet at 60%.
Cut out one large topper, two small toppers and one sentiment.

Layer one:
Cut a piece from kraft card measuring 12.5 cms by 17.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the first paper measuring 12 cms by 17 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from white card measuring 5 cms by 17.5 cms.
Cut a piece from kraft card measuring 4.5 cms by 17.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the second paper measuring 4 cms by 17.5 cms.
Matt and layer together across the centre of the card base using foam pads.

Layer three:
Cut a square from white card measuring 8.5 cms by 8.5 cms.
Cut a square from kraft card measuring 8 cms by 8 cms.
Matt and layer together along with the larger topper.
Attach to the card base on the right using foam pads.

Layer four:
Cut two squares from white card measuring 4 cms by 4 cms.
Cut two squares from kraft card measuring 3.5 cms by 3.5 cms.
Matt and layer each together along with the smaller toppers.
Attach both to the card base on the left using foam pads.
To finish add a sentiment.
