The Story So Far…Christmas Moments

0 10 Comments

This card has been made using The Story So Far…Christmas Moments dvd-rom.

The beautiful image is by Pollyanna Pickering.

Materials used:

8″ by 8″ white scallop card
Brown card
White card
Gold mirri card
Green card
Vellum (Space dust)
Background paper (printed from the dvd)
Topper image (printed from the dvd)
2 different sized Flower die
Ivy die
Gold gems
Ribbon
Foam pads
Glue

Instructions:

The first matt and layer is made up from brown card (measuring approx 19cms by 19cms) and a background paper (measuring approx 18.5cms by 18.5cms) from the dvd. Once layered, this is then glued to the white scallop card.

Next measure and cut the brown card (approx 19cms by 11cms) and the vellum (approx 19cms by 10cms) matt and layer these together along with the ribbon. Using the glue attach this to your card leaving a border on the top and bottom (see picture)

Now for the topper, you will need white card (measuring approx 15cms by 11cms), brown card (measuring approx 14.5cms by 10.5cms). Matt and layer these up using the foam pads and then using foam pads attach the topper image. This gives your card dimension.

Use glue to attach the topper and sentiment to your card as per picture.

Using the card and small flower die cut out 2 white and one gold and with the larger flower die cut out 1 gold. Then cut out 2 ivy leaves.

Matt and layer the flowers (see picture) using glue attach these to your card along with the ivy leaves.

Then the final touch is using glue and adding the gold gems.
