Today’s handmade card has been created using a paper collection called Blossoms in the Breeze and beyond border die collection called Blissful Butterflies from Creative Crafting World.
Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.
You will need :
6″ By 6″ White Card
The Paper Boutique Blossoms in the Breeze – Paper Pad With Toppers
The Paper Boutique Blossoms in the Breeze – Coloured Card Collection
The Paper Boutique Blossoms in the Breeze – Insert Collection
The Paper Boutique Blissful Butterflies – Butterfly Flurries Border Die Collection
Circle Die
Small Silver Gems
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads
Instructions:
Choose one coloured card, one insert, one backing paper and one circle topper.
Layer one:
Place the main butterfly die from the die collection on to the card base on the left and run it through a die cutting machine.
This will cut the die straight into the card base.
Layer two:
Cut a piece from coloured card measuring 14.5 cms by 9 cms.
Cut a piece from the backing paper measuring 14 cms by 8.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base on the right.
Layer three:
Using the circle die, cut a circle from coloured card.
Matt and layer with the circle topper using foam pads.
Attach to the card base on the right.
Layer four:
Using the butterfly embellishment dies, cut one large and two small butterflies out from coloured card.
Attach them to the die cut on the card base.
Adding silver gems to the centre.
Layer five:
Cut a square from coloured card measuring 14.5 cms by 14.5 cms.
Cut a square from the insert measuring 14 cms by 14 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the inside of the card base.
