Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at I Love Promarkers Blog Challenge #410 that starts today.
I have used a digi image from Ike’s Art called Goldilocks + The Three Bears

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes, but you must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

7″ By 10″ White Card
Ike’s Art called Goldilocks + The Three Bears
Promarkers
The Paper Boutique Summer Blooms – Paper Pad With Toppers
The Paper Boutique Summer Blooms – Insert Collection
Light Gold Card
White Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Choose one paper, one sentiment topper and one insert.

Layer one:
Cut a piece from light gold card measuring 17 cms by 24.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the insert measuring 16.5 cms by 24 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from white card measuring 13.5 cms by 17.5 cms.
Cut a piece from light gold card measuring 13 cms by 17 cms.
Cut a piece from the paper measuring 12.5 cms by 16.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base, leaving a small border on the left and a larger border on the right.

Layer three:
Cut a piece from white card measuring 17 cms by 5 cms.
Cut a piece from light gold card measuring 17 cms by 4.5 cms.
Cut a piece from the insert measuring 17 cms by 4 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base on the left, slightly over lapping layer one and two.

Layer four:
Colour in the digi image Goldilocks + The Three Bears using promarkers.

Bears: Chestnut, cocoa, cinnamon, pastel pink, caramel, tan, cool grey 4, black.
Girl – Hair: Mustard, sunflower, pastel yellow.
Girl – Skin: Pastel pink, dusky pink, blush.
Girl – Dress: Dusky rose, cocktail pink. baby pink.

Cut a piece from white card measuring 11.5 cms by 13 cms.
Cut a piece from light gold card measuring 11 cms by 12.5 cms.
Cut the digi image topper to measure 10.5 cms by 12 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base slightly over lapping layer two and three.

Layer five:
Cut a piece from white card measuring 8 cms by 9.5 cms.
Cut a piece from light gold card measuring 7.5 cms by 9 cms
Matt and layer together
Next attach the sentiment topper using foam pads.
Attach to the card base slightly over lapping layer two and four.
