Today’s card has been made using the ‘British Wild At Heart‘ cd-rom by Creative Crafting World.

All images on the cd-rom have been painted by Pollyanna Pickering.

To make this card you will need :

8″ by 8″ Cream Card
A4 Chocolate Card
A4 Cream Card
British Wild At Heart‘ cd-rom
The Paper Boutique ‘With Love’ Die Set
Small Circle Die
Brown Ribbon
Wet Glue
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print off an image sheet (to include a round image) and one backing paper.

First cut a square out of cream card, measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms to form a matt layer.

Using double sided tape attach the brown ribbon to the top right corner of the matt layer. Then attach to the cream card base.

Next using the paper boutique ‘With Love’ die set, cut the matt layer in chocolate card and the doily in cream card. Attach these together and then attach to the center of the card base, slightly over one of the ribbons.

Using chocolate card cut a square measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms to form a matt layer. Cut this diagonally so you have two triangles.

Then using the backing paper cut a square measuring 18.5 cms by 18.5 cms. Cut this diagonally.
Attach this to the matt layer and then attach to the bottom of the card base on the bottom left of the base card and slightly over the doily layer.

Using the circle die from the paper boutique set cut out the image and using foam pads attach this to the card base. Please see picture for reference.

Next cut out two small circles from the chocolate card as matt layers.

Cut out two small images and using foam pads attach to the matt layers using foam pads. Attach these to the card base, one at the top and one at the bottom of the triangle layer.

To finish off the front of the card cut out the sentiment, using chocolate card for the matt layer and cream card for the sentiment. Attach to the base card using foam pads.

For the inside of the card cut a square out of the chocolate card measuring 19 cms by 19 cms and a square out of cream card measuring 18 cms by 18 cms.
Matt and layer these up.

Using the backing paper cut a piece measuring 18 cms by 5 cms and attach this to the inside layer. Then attach to the inside of the card base.

I felt that this card is a suitable card for a men so to make the design suitable for a lady I remade it and added the paper boutique flower and leave die set in replace of the two small circle images.
I also added a few pearls for a bit of sparkle.
