Today’s handmade card has been created for the challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #588.

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option of Black and White.

You must use alcohol markers on your work to join in the fun, any brand is excepted.

For my card I have used one of their digital images called Cool Couple.

You Will Need:
7″ x 7″ White Card Base
White Card
Black Card
SheepSki Designs – Cool Couple
Promarker Pens
The Crafty Witches – Spellbinding Classics Greys Midnight
Clear Snow Flakes
Clear Gems
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print and Prepare the Digital Image:
Print the Cool Couples digital image onto white card.
Choose one patterned paper and one sentiment sheet.

Create Layer One:
Cut black card to 16.5 cm x 16.5 cm.
Cut white card to 16 cm x 16 cm.
Layer the white card onto the black card and adhere to the card base.

Create Layer Two:
Cut the patterned paper to 16 cms x 8 cms.
Adhere it vertically to the left side of the first layer.

Colour the Digital Image:
Use Promarker pens to colour the Cool Couples digital image.
Here are the colours I used:

Black, cool grey 5, 3, 2.

Fussy cut around the snow and penguins, leaving a small white border.
Then cut out the moon.
Cut a piece of black card to 13 cm x 13 cm and mount the images using foam pads.
Adhere this panel to your card base.

Create Layer Three:
Add a few clear snowflakes to the black panel and place a clear gem in the centre of each for a sparkling finish.
Choose a sentiment and mount it onto black card for a layered look. Adhere it to the card.

Final Touches:
To finish, add an insert to the inside of the card base for a personal message.
