Today’s handmade card has been created using the new dvd-rom from Creative Crafting World called British Wildlife Volume III.

With art work by Pollyanna Pickering.

This will be showing on Create and Craft on the 27th January 2019.

I have used the rabbit collection for this card.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

7″ by 10″ White Card
British Wildlife Volume III Dvd-Rom
White Card
Circle Dies
Green Ribbon
Silver Pearl
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

From the dvd-rom go to page one and print off image sheet three.
Cut out one of the round toppers and a sentiment from the image sheet.

From the dvd-rom go to page four and print off papers one, four, five and nine.

Cut a piece from paper four measuring 25 cms by 17.3 cms.
Attach to the card base.

Cut a piece of white card measuring 21 cms by 9 cms.
Cut a piece from paper five measuring 20.5 cms by 8.5 cms.
Matt and layer together.

Cut a piece of white card measuring 17 cms by 9 cms.
Cut a piece from paper one measuring 16.5 cms by 8.5 cms.
Matt and layer together.

Cut a piece of white card measuring 15 cms by 8 cms.
Cut a piece from paper nine measuring 14.5 cms by 7.5 cms.
Matt and layer together.

Turn the first matt layer horizontal.
Turn the second matt layer vertical and attach to the left side of the first layer.
Turn the third matt layer vertical and attach to these layers slightly over lapping both. Please see picture for reference.

Next attach the green ribbon across the above layers.
Attach all to the card base.

Cut a circle out of white card using a circle die that is slightly larger than the circle topper.
Matt and layer with the topper using foam pads and attach to the card base.

Using the green ribbon make a bow and attach to the card base.

Using white card cut a matt layer for the sentiment.
Attach to the card base.

To finish the card go to inserts on the front of the dvd-rom and print a 7″ by 10″ insert and attach to the inside of the card base.
Remember with these inserts you can add your own message before printing.

After making this card I decided to cut out all the pieces of card and papers again to make a different card design using the same matts and layers.
