Here is my design team card for I Love Promarkers blog challenge 379.

The theme for this challenge is anything goes with an option of something new but you must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work

I have used a digi stamp image from Dr.Digi’s House Of Stamps called Hello Hannibal.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

8″ by 8″ White Card
Promarkers
Dr.Digi’s House Of Stamps – Hello Hannibal
White Card
Green Card
Black Card

The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful Collection – Sentiments Volume IX Cutting Die
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful Collection – Embellishment Cutting Dies
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful 7″ x 7″ Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful Insert Collection
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print off two of the digi images.
From one of the digi images cut out the face mask. This is so you can decoupage it on to the other image.

Colour the digi image using promarkers.

The promarkers used were :
Mask: Pastel yellow, almond.
Straps: Cocoa, cool grey.
Wrap: Soft Peach.
Clothes: Bright orange.
Bow: Poppy, berry red.
Chair: Lush green, cool grey 3, cool grey 4.

Attach the mask to the full digi image using two foam pads in the centre.
This will give the mask a 3d look.

Cut the card base front from corner to corner.

Next cut a square from green card measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Then cut a square from white card measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Matt and layer together along with one of the papers from the 7″ by 7″ paper pad.
Attach to the inside of the card base.

Cut a square from green card measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Then cut a square from white card measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Using a matching insert cut a square measuring 17.5 cms by 17.5 cms.
Cut each of the squares from corner to corner.
Matt and layer one of each together and attach to the front of the card base.

Cut the Woven With Love doily die out in black card base.
Attach to the inside of the card base in the top right corner slightly over lapping the corner of the card.
Cut the extra off that over laps the card base.
Using one of the cut off’s from the doily die, attach to the bottom front of the card base.

Using a sentiment from the Sentiments Volume IX cut the matt layer out in white card.
Cut the sentiment out in green card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the Woven With Love doily die cut.

Next using the spider and skull dies from the Embellishment cutting dies, cut two skulls out in white card.
Then cut one spider out in black card and the spider body out in green card. Attach together.

Attach part of the spider to the front of the base card, so it slightly hangs over the card.

Using the cool grey 1 promarker, go around the outside of the skulls.
This gives the skulls a slight shadow look.

Attach one skull to the inside of the card base.

Cut one side of the bones off the other skull.
Attach the rest of the skull to the front of the card base.

Using foam pads attach the digi image topper to the front of the card base.

Attach the cut off bones to the front of the card base slightly coming from under the topper.
