This card has been made using ‘Steam Age‘ cd by Debbi Moore

You will need:

Steam Age cd-rom
1 x 7″ by 10″ white card
Gold mirri Card
Burgundy ribbon
Pearls
Wet glue
Foam pads

Instructions:

Choose 2 papers from the cd, one for the top half of the card and one for the bottom half. The paper I chose for the bottom half had no colour so I also printed off a colour version so I could use parts of this to match in the colour of the top paper.
Also choose a topper sheet, mine had a topper, border, sentiment and cog wheels.

Cut out all the elements that you would like to use on the card from the topper sheet.

Next cut out the mirri card and papers :

Gold mirri card :
1 x 17cms by 24.5cms
1 x a matt layer for the topper to sit on. This needs to be 0.5cms larger than the topper.

Paper:
1 x top paper 16.5cms by 17cms
1 x bottom paper 16.5cms by 8cms

Using the gold mirri card as the base attach the two papers leaving a small gold border around the outside. Then using the coloured bottom paper cut a couple of clocks out and using foam pads attach these to the bottom paper so they fit in the same image. Please see picture for reference.

Next wrap a piece of burgundy ribbon around the join of the two papers and attach this layer to the white card base.

Using foam pads attach the topper to the gold mirri matt and glue this to the card making sure it is placed slightly over the ribbon.

The border then goes over the base of the topper and the burgundy ribbon that can be seen either site of the topper.

Next make up a bow and place this on the border along with the cog elements. Add pearls to both of these.

To finish off the card add a sentiment.
