This handmade Christmas card has been created using a new paper collection called A Traditional Christmas and die collection called Festive Trimmings.

These collections are from The Paper Boutique range from Creative Crafting World

An A5 card using A Traditional Christmas paper collection from creative crafting world

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

A5 White Card
The Paper Boutique Festive Trimmings – Glorious Gifts Die Collection
The Paper Boutique A Traditional Christmas – Embellishment Pad  
The Paper Boutique A Traditional Christmas – Paper Pad 
White Card
Kraft Card
Gold Mirri Card
Gold Pearls
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Choose one sentiment, one border strip from the embellishment pad, and one backing paper.

Layer one:
Cut a piece from kraft card measuring 14 cms by 20 cms.
Cut a piece from the backing paper measuring 13.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from white card measuring 3.5 cms by 20 cms.
Cut a piece from kraft card measuring 3 cms by 20 cms.
Cut the border strip to measure 20 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach across the centre of the card base using foam pads.

Layer three:
Cut a piece from white card measuring 10 cms by 7 cms.
Cut a piece from kraft card measuring 9.5 cms by 6.5 cms.
Cut out the present die from gold mirri card and cut off the top present.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base on the right using foam pads.
Next using the bow dies cut the matt layer out in kraft card.
Then cut the bow out in white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the presents.
Add a gold pearl to the centre of the bows.

Layer four:
Cut a piece from white card measuring 5.5 cms by 8 cms.
Cut a piece from kraft card measuring 5 cms by 7.5 cms.
Matt and layer together along with the sentiment and attach to the card base on the left using foam pads.
