Today’s handmade card has been created using the cd-rom from Bringing Inspiration To You Paper crafting magazine issue 46 by Debbi Moore Designs.

As soon as I received  this magazine I just had to make a card with the beautiful papers and toppers on the cd-rom.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

8″ by 8″ White Card
Bringing Inspiration To You Paper crafting magazine issue 46
Debbi Moore Floral Flourish Die Collection
Silver mirri Card
White Card
Silver gems
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

From the cd-rom print off two papers, a topper sheet, an insert and an embellishment sheet.

Using silver mirri card cut a square measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Next cut a square from one of the papers measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Using silver mirri card cut a piece measuring 19.5 cms by 5 cms.
Then cut a piece from the other paper measuring 19 cms by 4.5 cms.
Matt and layer together.
Attach to the left of the card base using foam pads.

Cut two matt layers for the topper.
Cut a piece from white card measuring 0.5 cms larger than the topper.
Then cut a piece from silver mirri card 0.5 cms larger than the white.
Matt and layer the topper to the white card using double sided tape.
Then matt and layer this to the silver mirri card using foam pads.
Attach to the card base using foam pads slightly over lapping the last matt and layer.

From the embellishment sheet cut out a flower and two butterflies.

The flower consist of three parts/petals.
Matt and layer together and add a silver bead to the centre.

Using one of the flourishes from the Flourish collection, cut two out in silver mirri card.
Attach these to the bottom corner of the topper.

Then attach the flower to the flourishes.

Attach the butterflies to the card base.
Then add small silver gems to the butterfly body.

To finish the card off attach the insert to the inside of the card.
