Today’s handmade card has been created using a digital stamp from Last Minute Manda.

The digital stamps I have used are from Baking Spirits Bright collection.

You Will Need:
2 x 8″ x 8″ White Card Base
Last Minute Manda – Baking Spirits Bright
The Crafty Witches – Gingerbread Joy Digital Download Collection
Touch Migo Twin Alcohol Marker Pens
White Card
Black Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print and Prepare the Digital Image:
Print the Bear, Mouse, Christmas Tree and Sentiment digital images onto white card.
Print two patterned papers of your choice.

Score and fold both 8″ by 8″ card fronts to make a z fold card.
Cut a strip from one of the cards measuring 4 cms in height.

Create Layer One:
Cut a square from black card to 19.5 cm x 19.5 cm.
Cut a square from white card to 19 cm x 19 cm.
Cut a square from the first paper to 18.5 cm x 18.5 cm.
Matt and layer together and attach to the inside of the card base.

Create Layer Two
Cut a piece from black card to 19.5 cm by 9.5 cm.
Cut a piece from white card to 19 cm by 9 cm.
Cut a piece from the first paper to 18.5 cm by 8.5 cm.
Matt and layer together and attach to the front fold of the card base.

Create Layer Three
Cut a piece from black card to 3.5 cm by 19.5 cm.
Cut a piece from white card to 3 cm by 19 cm.
Cut a piece from the second paper to 2.5 cm by 18.5 cm.
Matt and later together.
Next cut two pieces from black card to 3.5 cm by 9.5 cm.
Cut two pieces from white card to 3 cm by 9 cm.
Cut two pieces from the second paper to 2.5 cm by 8.5 cm.
Matt and layer together.
Attach all to the 4 cm strip of card.
Then attach the card strip to the card base across the bottom, the smallest piece attaches to the inside section and the longest piece to the front of the card base.

Create Layer Four
Cut a square from black card to 12 cm by 12 cm.
Cut the sentiment image to 11.5 cm by 121.5 cm.
Matt and layer together and attach to the inside of the card base using foam pads for added dimension.

Create Layer Five – Colour the Digital Image:
Use Touch Migo Twin alcohol marker pens to colour the digital images.
Here are the colours I used:

Teddy : Brown grey, yellow ochre, walnut, light orange, flesh, fruit pink.
Chef’s Hat / Holly : Vivid green, deep olive green, deep red, geranium, frost blue, jade green.
Tray / Cookies : Cool grey 5, cool grey 8, sand, potato brown.

Mouse : Warm grey 4, 3, 2, pale purple, powder pink, fruit pink.
Chef’s Hat / Holly : Vivid green, deep olive green, deep red, geranium, frost blue, jade green.
Bowl / Spoon : Lemon yellow, deep yellow, anise, light orange, flesh, mahogany, rose beige.

Tree : Deep olive green, emerald green, vivid green, lemon yellow, pastel yellow, fluorescent yellow.
