Here is a tutorial for an 8″ by 8″ popup card using Floral Waves paper collection from Creative Crafting World.

You will need :

A4 White Card
8″ By 8″ Card Base
The Paper Boutique Floral Waves – Coloured Card Collection
The Paper Boutique Floral Waves – Embellishment Pad
The Paper Boutique Floral Waves – Insert Collection
The Paper Boutique Floral Waves – Paper Kit
Satin Ribbon
Score Board
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Card Base:
From the centre fold on the 8″ by 8″ card base, score 4 cms each side.
Fold each of the sides away from you, leaving the centre fold in the inside of the card base.

Attach a piece of ribbon to each side on the card base.

Next cut two pieces of card measuring 13 cms by 15 cms.
Score and fold each piece along the 15 cms edge at 2 cms, 12 cms and 14 cms.

Layer one:
Cut a piece from coloured card measuring 19.5 cms by 15.5 cms. 
Cut a piece from an insert measuring 19 cms by 15 cms.
Matt and layer together.
Cut a piece from coloured card measuring 3.5 cms by 7 cms.
Matt and layer with a sentiment.
Next cut out the same image that is on the insert and decoupage using foam pads.

Attach all to the front of the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from coloured card measuring 19.5 cms by 15.5 cms. 
Cut a piece from an insert measuring 19 cms by 15 cms.
Matt and layer together.
Cut a square from coloured card measuring 9.5 cms by 9.5 cms.
Cut a square from white card measuring 9 cms by 9 cms.
Matt and layer together.
Then cut an image from one of the toppers.

Attach all to the back of the card base.

Layer three:
Cut two pieces from coloured card measuring 19.5 cms by 15.5 cms. 
Cut two pieces from an insert measuring 19 cms by 15 cms.
Matt and layer together.
Cut two pieces of coloured card measuring 19.5 cms by 3.5 cms.

Layer Four:
Cut a piece from coloured card measuring 12.5 cms by 9.5 cms.
Cut a piece from patterned paper measuring 12 cms by 9 cms.
Matt and layer together.
Cut a piece from coloured card measuring 12.5 cms by 1.5 cms.
Then cut two images from toppers.

Attach all to left sided 13 cms by 15 cms white card piece.
The left piece has two folds on the left and one fold on the right.

Layer Five:
Cut a piece from coloured card measuring 12.5 cms by 9.5 cms.
Cut a piece from patterned paper measuring 12 cms by 9 cms.
Matt and layer together.
Cut a piece from coloured card measuring 8.5 cms by 8.5 cms
Matt and layer with a square topper.
Cut a piece from coloured card measuring 12.5 cms by 1.5 cms.
Then cut one image from a topper.

Attach all to right sided 13 cms by 15 cms white card piece.
The right piece has two folds on the right and one fold on the left.

Layer six:
Attach layer four to the inside of the card base on the left.
Attach layer five to the inside of the card base on the right.
