Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #517

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option of Use Pretty Papers.

You must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work.

For my card I have used one of their digital images called Amara With Poppy

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

8″ x 8″ White Card Base
Paper Nest Dolls Digital Stamp Called Amara With Poppy
Promarkers
The Paper Boutique Happy Days – Paper Kit
The Paper Boutique Happy Days – Embellishment Pad
The Paper Boutique Happy Days – Insert Collection
White Card
Black Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print the digital image Amara With Poppy twice on to white card.
Choose one patterned paper, one topper and one sentiment.

Layer one:
Cut a square from black card measuring 19.5 cms by 19.5 cms.
Cut a square from patterned paper measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Colour in the digital image Amara With Poppy, I coloured in the hair and poppy on the second image so I could decoupage on to the first image. I used Promarkers to colour in my images.

Hair: Black, cool grey 1,2,4,5.
Skin: Umber, burnt sienna, cinnamon, coral.
Dress: Mandarin, amber, ginger.
Poppy: Burgundy, crimson, berry red, olive green, pesto.

Layer three:
Cut a piece from black card measuring 4.5 cms by 7.5 cms.
Matt and layer with a sentiment and attach to the card base.

Layer four:
Cut the image from the topper and attach to the card base using foam pads.
To finish, add an insert to the inside of the card base.
