Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at I Love Promarkers Blog Challenge #394 that starts today.
I have used a digi image from Bugaboo Stamps called Halloween Skelekinz Sitter

The theme for this challenge is anything goes with an optional theme of Autumn/Halloween, but you must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

2 x 8″ by 8″ White Scallop Card
Bugaboo Stamps called Halloween Skelekinz Sitter
Promarkers
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – 8″ by 8″ Paper Pad
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – Coloured Card Collection
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – Sentiments Volume IX Die Collection
The Paper Boutique Wickedly Wonderful – Embellishment Die Collection
White Card
Black Card
Silver Peel Off’s
Wet Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Choose two papers from the paper pad and one coloured card from the coloured card collection.
Then print off the Halloween Skelekinz Sitter digi image.

Next score the front of both 8″ by 8″ cards in half and fold.
This will make a z fold card shape for this design.

Using one of the 8″ by 8″ cards cut off 3.5 cms to make the bottom strip.
Keep the rest of this card for another project or to make more z fold cards.

Layer one:
Cut a square from the coloured card measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Cut a square from one of the papers measuring 18,5 cms by 18.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the inside of the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a piece from the coloured card measuring 19 cms by 9 cms.
Cut a piece from the second paper measuring 18.5 cms by 8.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the front of the card base.

Layer three:
Cut a piece from coloured card measuring 2.5 cms by 19 cms.
Then cut two pieces from coloured card measuring 2.5 cms by 9 cms.
Attach each piece to the 3.5 cms strip of card.
Next attach the shortest piece of the 3.5 cm strip to the inside of the card base at the bottom.
Then attach the longest piece to the front of the card base.

Layer four:
Colour the Halloween Skelekinz Sitter digi image in with promarkers.

The promarkers used were :
Hat: Cool grey 5, cool grey 4, cool grey 3, black, buttercup, gold.
Hair: Sunkissed pink, pink carnation.
Skin: Almond, ivory.
Dress: Amethyst.
Boots: Lavender.

Next cut around the digi image and attach to the 3.5 cm strip on the card base as if she is sitting on the strip.

Layer five:
Using the spider embellishment die, cut two main bodies out from black card and two top body parts from white card.
Colour in the top body parts using the amethyst promarker.
Matt and layer together and attach to the front of the card base.
Using the silver peel offs make a spider web at the top of the card base.

Layer six:
Using the skull embellishment die, cut the matt layer out from black card and the skull out of white card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base on the 3.5 cm strip using foam pads.

Layer seven:
Using two of the sentiments, cut the matt layers out from white card and colour in using the amethyst promarker.
Cut the sentiments out from the coloured card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base, one on the 3.5 cms strip and one on the top right corner.

Layer eight:
Cut a square from coloured card measuring 18 cms by 18 cms.
Cut a square from white card measuring 17.5 cms by 17.5 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the back of the card base.
Add a spider web using silver peel offs.
This is where you can write a message.
