Today’s handmade card has been created for the challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #536.

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option Inspired By A Film.

You must use alcohol markers on your work to join in the fun, any brand is excepted.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Paper Nest Dolls and you can win three images from their shop.

For my card I have used one of their digital images called Boy Wizard.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

7″ By 7″ White Card Base
Paper Nest Dolls Digital Stamp Called Boy Wizard
Backing Papers – Cutestclipart
White Card
Black Card
Silver Glitter Glue
Gold Glitter Glue
Cutting Knife
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Print the digital image Boy Wizard onto white card.
Then print two backing papers ( one with a brick pattern ).
Next take a snapshot of the broom backing paper and print at a larger size.

Layer one:
Cut a square from black card measuring 16.5 cms by 16.5 cms.
Cut a square from the first backing paper measuring 13 cms by 13 cms.
Cut an opening in the centre of the brick backing paper and fold back the pieces.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Colour in the Boy Wizard digital image, I used promarker pens.

Skin / Face: Almond, blush, dusky pink, ivory, satin.
Hair: Caramel, saddle brown, burnt sienna.
Cloak: Burnt orange, burnt umber, burgundy.
Scarf: Amber, pumpkin, crimson, firebrick.
Trousers / Shoes: Cool grey 2, 4, 5, black.

Attach to the card base.

Layer four:

Then using black card cut matt layers for the sentiment.

To finish add an insert to the inside of the card base.
