Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #520

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option of Embossing – Wet Or Dry.

You must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work.

For my card I have used one of their digital images called Miles and Otis.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

7″ x 7″ White Card Base
Digi Doodle Studios digital image Miles and Otis
Promarker Pens
The Paper Boutique The Butterfly Ballet – Sentiment Volume XII Die Collection
White Card
Black Card
Embossing Folder – Xcut
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Layer one:
Cut a square from black card measuring 16.5 cms by 16.5 cms.
Cut a square from white card measuring 16 cms by 16 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a square from black card measuring 14 cms by 14 cms.
Then emboss using the embossing folder.
Using foam pads attach to the card base.

Layer three:
Colour in the digital image Miles and Otis, I used Promarkers.

Face / Hair: Dusky pink, satin, blush, cocktail pink, lime green, moss, ivory, cool grey 5, black, raw sienna, mustard, tulip yellow, buttercup.
T-shirt: Orange, mandarin, mango.
Dog: Warm grey 5, 3, 1, cocktail pink, shale, dusky rose.
Car: True blue, azure, powder blue, coca, raw sienna, black, cool grey 5, 4, burgundy, ruby, red, cool grey 4, 3, 1.

Cut around the digital image, leaving a small white border.
Then using foam pads attach to layer two.

Layer four:
Using one of the sentiment dies, cut the matt die from white card.
Cut the sentiment from black card.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base using foam pads.
