Today’s handmade card has been created for the new challenge at I Love Promarkers Challenge #434

The theme for this challenge is Anything Goes with the option of A Girly Card.

You must use either promarkers, flexmarkers, aquamarkers or trias on your work.

I have used one of their digital images called Serenity.

Here is a tutorial on how I created this card.

You will need :

8″ By 8″ White Card
SheepSki Designs Digital Image Serenity
Promarkers
The Paper Boutique Moonlight Song – Insert Collection
The Paper Boutique Moonlight Song – 5″ By 5″ Scene And Sentiment Topper Pad
The Paper Boutique Moonlight Song – Coloured Card Collection
White Card
Glue / Double Sided Tape
Foam Pads

Instructions:

Print off the digital image Serenity on to white card.
Choose two of the same insert, one coloured card, two small sentiments, and one scene topper.

Layer one:
Cut a square from coloured card measuring 19 cms by 19 cms.
Cut a square from white card measuring 18.5 cms by 18.5 cms.
Cut a square from one of the inserts measuring 18 cms by 18 cms.
Matt and layer together and attach to the card base.

Layer two:
Cut a square from coloured card measuring 14 cms by 14 cms.
Cut a square from white card measuring 13.5 cms by 13.5 cms.
Matt and layer together along with the scene topper and attach to the card base.

Layer three:
Colour in the Serenity digital image, I used promarkers.

Skin: Tan, putty, blush.
Hair: Burnt sienna, cinnamon.
Clothes: Dusky pink, pastel pink, cadet blue, grey green, tea green.

Cut around the image leaving a small white border.
Then attach to the bottom right of layer two.

Layer four:
From the second insert, cut around the flowers, leaving a small border.
Attach to the top and bottom of the card using foam pads.
To finish add a sentiment.
